I believe there is still equipoise regarding SBRT and immunotherapy. Let’s finish S1914 accrual (87% accrued) in the next few months since the design is quite different (2 cycles of neoadjuvant immunotherapy before SBRT, shorter duration of immunotherapy) and await PAC4 results!
