Today is the day district track meet lest go! HEMPSTEAD TRACK!

Senior spotlights Today we have our senior spotlights Marlon Fisher advanced to the area track meet in the 100m dash Floyd Raggston advancing to the area track meet in the 200 m dash KJ Jackson our district champion in the 400m dash with a time of 50.85 stand tall!

Continuing our senior spotlight Kewaylon (way way) Wilson Your district Champion I the 110 hurdles and advancing to the area in both the 110 and 300 hurdles 4x100 and 4x200 both advancing to the area meet stand tall young men and hold your head high but the job is not done!

Say hello to your regional qualifiers 4x100, 4x200, 100, 110 hurdles It has been an amazing first year as a head coach !
