A fantastic way to preserve possessions that have meaning to you is to create a time capsule. It's a fun way to cherish memories without cluttering your space. You can achieve this by choosing a few meaningful items and sealing them in a box or container labelled with the date.

Find your why. If you always plan to make space or complete projects or you feel ashamed of your home, you need to find your strongest reason for making a change. Your “Why” is your best motivation and whenever you feel yourself slipping, connect with your “Why” to stay on track

Respite from clutter can give you a taste for space. Visiting friends or family, being outdoors, can soothe the chaos in your mind, which often reflects the chaos in your home. It’s important to remember that hoarding doesn’t define you as a person!
