Tax season is here! Today, January 27th, the IRS is officially accepting and processing 2024 tax returns. Reminder that Tuesday, April 15th is the 1040 individual income tax deadline. Check your emails for our tax season kick-off email from last week.

The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements are back in effect and have a new deadline of March 21st, 2025.  If you are an LLC, corporation, registered to do business in any US state, etc., you may need to file a BOI report.  fincen.gov/boi
