The Hein lab officially launched 🚀 and as an "inauguration gift", I was listed among the #HighlyCited2022 scientists 🥳 This week, I'm excited to interview candidates for the Vienna BioCenter PhD program and hope to meet some future lab members!

Sebastian Platzer (Sebastian Platzer) from Universität Wien joined the lab of Marco Hein (Hein Lab) at Max Perutz Labs Vienna to work on dissecting the interplay between virus replication and the host response at a systems level using single-cell functional genomics.
