One of the strangest phenomenons I’ve witnessed since COVID hit the U.S. is watching other countries actually take measures to take care of their citizens and Americans reframing it as oppression

As a kid, I never understood why my mom would just go lie down in her room in the dark. She wouldn't sleep, she'd just be laying there in her bed in silence. I get it now.

Hybrid and/or virtual work is here to stay. In a dense city like ours, we should be thinking of how best to repurpose and reimagine unused office space. What are your thoughts?
