Seems like a place where having good books would have helped - I bet there was very little spend on marketing, so the VC would have seen that you had built something that was being "pulled" into the market.

The second first front office ai use case that has crossed the chasm is support. Customers using HubSpot's ai support agent are getting upwards of 60% of their tickets answered by the agent. The first one that crossed the chasm was content creation. Several more coming up.
