This week I have had the privilege to join each of our schools to present Leaf awards to staff and celebrate ECTs successes. Awards were peer nominated and a fantastic range of winners were selected. I am hugely grateful to all of them. Thank you!

What a great way to start my second year as CEO. Welcoming a new school to our family, seeing the improvements to estates and working with the central team in our new offices. Feeling excited and grateful!

Estates management has not been my favourite part of my new role but watching this and hearing the feedback from the children and staff has made it all worth it!
