What happens if you soak a gummy bear in vinegar, salt water, or water with baking soda? That’s what my 2nd graders who are learning the Scientific Method began observing today. Ss wrote a hypothesis and will record their findings over 2 days. HMP Elementary Mrs. Correll 👩🔬

It’s October so that means it’s candy corn math time! We used the candy as counters in 10 frames to solve addition problems, and as greater than or less than symbols to compare 3-digit numbers. We also practiced counting by 10s. FCPS1MathTeam Stephanie moore HMP Elementary
