Stupid designs in software apps. 🤦‍♂️ E.g. Airtel Xtream Play app. It has an option - Chat with us, shows options to choose, 1 of them is Others. Choosing it gives another set of options. None suits your case, yet doesn't let you to type your issue. #Airtel
