Just out in Chemical Science: We embed spiropyran photoswitches into the main chain of polymers to control halo- and photochromism. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…. Small structural changes cause large response changes. Well done, Linh! Thank you Hatice Mutlu for the great collaboration.

Great to see everyone again at the IUPACPolymerDivision Education meeting in sunny #Birmingham ! We had a nice discussion on new and ongoing projects. 😎Keep a lookout for the updates on: -Polymer syllabus -Video competition -Educational workshop IUPAC Macro2024 Conference-University of Warwick

Dear Jenni Garden , It was a pleasure and an honour to be your guest and to have the opportunity to interact not only with your valuable students, but also with some of the very talented and brilliant faculty members of the Faculty of Chemistry at The University of Edinburgh

We are delighted to welcome Janna Jeschke👨🔬from Prof. Hatice Mutlu research group IS2M🇫🇷, who has joined Chmielarz Research Group as a visiting PhD student❗️During the internship she will develop the concept of polybutadiene functionalization by #ATRP🧪 Fingers crossed for great results🤞

Thanks to Janna Jeschke👩🔬from Prof. Hatice Mutlu research group IS2M🇫🇷 for a very valuable seminar on metal-free upcycling of polybutadiene by sulfonamides, its characteristics and applicability❗️🧪 Fingers crossed for great results on polybutadiene functionalization by #ATRP🤞
