36 young people graduated this week from our 3rd cohort of agribusiness skills training. Joined by their parents, they received hands-on training facilitated by Robinson to prepare them for the next chapter of their lives.

Today, in partnership with Faraja Africa Foundation, we hosted the Northern Uganda Youth Parliament in Gulu. Over 70 young people from Lango, Acholi, and Karamoja sub-regions took part. One thing is clear—when given the space, young people show up and engage meaningfully.

Yesterday, we joined thousands of runners in Gulu City for this year’s #RotaryCancerRun2025. This time, we showed up not only as participants but also as a sponsor of the run in Gulu because we believe in Rotary’s cause and have also experienced their generosity firsthand.

We’ve started the week in Kitgum, taking part in a survivors’ exchange visit organized by Refugee Law Project, #CIGPJ, and Legal Action Worldwide (LAW). The focus is on learning from Uganda’s experience in post-conflict memory & transitional justice, with emphasis on a survivor-centered approach.

Day 2 of the survivors’ exchange visit organised by Refugee Law Project took us to Ker Kwaro Acholi, where we are meeting the Paramount Chief of Acholi, & Rtd Bishops Onono Onweng & Baptist Odama among others. A powerful conversation with deep insights/reflections on achieving peace.

At Gulu Remand Home, over 40 parents joined their children in a powerful dialogue on healing, forgiveness & reintegration. Through art, dance & theatre, juveniles shared resilience & hope for the future. Every child deserves a second chance. ✨ #Reintegration #Youth #Gulu

At Kasubi Army Primary, we collaborated with PACTA to talk about mental health and the dangers of substance abuse. Pupils shared real-life experiences, broke the silence, and pledged to choose education over drugs. 💛 Together, we are sowing seeds of resilience and hope. ✨

Last week, we hosted parents & guardians at our Paicho farm to reconnect with their children undergoing training in agriculture. It was a day of hope, healing & reconnection, reminding us that true reintegration happens when families are part of the journey. 💛🌿
