West Lafayette MathCounts Junior High and Intermediate took 1st and 2nd place respectively at our chapter competition. Having 18 of the top 20 competitors. Ehan Qazi 1, Arjun Raman 2, Triton Mei 3, Jiuru Liu 4, Dylan Xu 5, Roland Li 6, Leon Zeng 8,Melody Fei 9, Ray Li 10.

Roland Li and Arjun Raman are going to Nationals with the 4th and 3rd place finishes in the state. West Lafayette Jr High placed 3rd as a team. Arjun was second place in the countdown. West Lafayette Intermediate placed 5th in the state.

Indiana MathCounts team placed 20th. I am so proud of them and so exited for next year with three that will only get better. Congratulations to Roland Li and Arjun Raman to represent West Lafayette.

Westside Mathcounts placed first and second at our chapter competition. The top 13 were all Westside students and 26 of the top 30 were Westside. They are exceptionally hard workers and exceptionally talented. Very proud of them.

West Lafayette MathCounts Team are State Champions. In the top 25 in the state individually 1 Roland Li 4 Arjun Raman 7 Kate Lee 8 Leon Zeng 11 Teng-Wen Zhang 18 Alex Liu 20 Daniel Yoon 21 Elias Qiu 22 Melody Fei 25 Dylan Xu

The Indiana Mathcounts team placed 7th overall. They are an incredibly talented and supported each other through this whole journey. I am very proud of them.
