I didn’t realize this was like, kind of a jazz album. The blaring noise of the samples is assisted by some incredibly well-produced live instrumentation. I like this a lot! Apparently the other ones are rock albums?

Cheesy shit but I don’t think there’s a better feeling in the world than taking a road trip with my best friend to see Autechre. It was such a beautiful experience. Way more percussive than we thought it would be! It was brutal (in a good way).

Today’s Zorns. Dreamers is a relisten and is probably my favorite of that band’s work, while the others are all new to me. The beauty of the guitar trio’s music speaks for itself. I’m really taken aback by LOG and what the Nova Express gets out of their unit. OBSESSED STILL!

This album is so scary. Beautiful packaging that does not at all prepare you for how terrifying this record gets. I like this band a lot.

Electric Masada is such a weird fuckin ensemble! The concept seems so simple but the compositions get even MORE knotty and uneasy. I have not cracked the code to them yet, and that makes me happy because it means I can listen to them even more.
