Interesting post-op case: pt. develops acute knee pain & swelling 2 weeks s/p TKA. Sx worse with PT/walking & eventually improve with rest. Angio reveals lateral inferior genicular art. pseudoaneurysm. Now s/p coil embo, pt. resumes work & PT. Great first GAE case for Dr.Radcats!
