Currently on hold to Virgin Media ❤️ for the fourth time TODAY to try and now cancel the package that I’ve had in place for less than two weeks and hasn’t worked properly at any point during that time. AVOID. They don’t help, they just try and fob off.

Nearly 8 minutes into the call with Virgin Media ❤️ and the hood music stops, phone rings once and now dead air…. No sound at all AND THEN IT DISCONNECTS!!! Make it make sense!!!

Don’t mind me, just calling Virgin Media ❤️ for the FIFTH time today 🤯🤯🤯

What’s really sad is that Virgin Media ❤️ could’ve easily have kept my business. Their technical support, customer service and overall experience has been woeful.

Hello Virgin Media ❤️ I’ve been on the phone to your customer service line for this long so far, I’m exhausted, have been on silent hold more times than I can count (current instance over 5 minutes) & the issue is no closer to being solved. Could somebody call me back that can help?

Absolutely shocking service from Sky TV and Openreach I placed my order with sky on 16th March and still have no internet. Make it make sense.

Ordered broadband with Sky TV on 16/3/24 and still don’t have it. Apparently Openreach have told them works (before connection can be booked) will be around 15/6/24. Connection can be booked from there so will be longer.

Absolutely brilliant service in Costa Coffee Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. It’s a bit quiet and the lady on the counter really took her time and made a fuss of my children. Coffee art on their babyccino and extra marshmallows. It’s made them so happy & she didn’t have to ❤️
