#Hambrook4 have been getting messy and creative practising with modroc over the last few days—ready to sculpt their very own festive feasts in the next few wees!

#Hambrook4 have also completed some beautiful observational drawings, thoughtfully applying their learning from last term. Such focus and creativity on show! ✏️🎨

#Hambrook1 completed making their boxes with purpose in DT using a variety of different hinges and catches. They should be very proud.

This week #Hambrook2 have been exploring poetry! In Reading, they created acrostic poems linked to space and in Writing, they explored rhyming poems inspired by Mrs Noah's Pockets 🚀

This morning #Hambrook2 had a brilliant visit from Mini First Aid! The children learned key life-saving skills such as how to apply a plaster, spot when someone is unwell and who to call in an emergency. These are all vital life skills to help themselves and others! 🚑

#Hambrook1 finished their art unit by creating some beautiful bird sculptures inspired by Andrea Butler.

This afternoon #Hambrook1 and #Hambrook2 enjoyed their Inter-House competition playing Benchball! They took on the challenge of learning a new game and did an amazing job showing teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship throughout! 🏆

#HambrookR have been creating their own posters to show off all the animal facts they know! Exploring the writing area in provision, they are combining all the skills they have learnt this year with their creativity to create some amazing posters!

#HambrookR had their final inter-house competition of the year today with games of Sharks & Fishes! Using skills developed in PE, the teams worked together to beat the clock, earn points, and they showed great teamwork!

#Hambrook3 had an amazing time at Tree Tops Adventure on Friday. We were so proud of their resilience, independence and 'can do' attitude. What an end to the year!

Hambrook has been awarded the Gold School Games Mark for the very first time! It’s a huge achievement that recognises all the fantastic sport and physical activity that has happened this year. A massive thank you to staff, children and support from families! 🏆 🎖️
