Hi British Airways I flew with you from SFX back to the UK in May and en route my bike was damaged and my bike bag was destroyed. I filled in the claim paperwork but nearly 3 months later it still hasn’t been resolved. I haven’t had an update since 27th June. Any news?

I’m not sure that road.cc could have made the UX of reading an article on their mobile site any worse if they tried. So many pop-ups, requests to sign-up and even a completely blank screen for 10 seconds that I gave up. #shakesfistatthesky
