Hurricane Erin a Category 4 hurricane with hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 30 mi from the center & tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 mi. The storm will move on a N-NE track. The only impact to the US coast looks like high surf & rip currents @Fox5DC

UPDATE: Hurricane Erin has intensified to a Category 5 catastrophic storm. Maximum sustained winds near 160 mph. The storm is about 105 mi N of Anguilla and the track remains the same N-NE @Fox5DC
