BREAKING NEWS!! Section 7AAA Championship Grand Rapids will play #5 Hermantown tomorrow at 3pm at Al Nyberg Field in Hibbing. Hermantown defeated Chisago Lakes 7-1 then beat Rock Ridge 4-3 in 12 innings to advance. Grand Rapids must win one out of two games to advance to state.

Baseball turned it around today by winning their consolation semifinal game 10-0. They play for the consolation trophy shortly against Torino- Grace with a chance to bring home some hardware.

GR pulls ahead in the top of the fifth on a Sam Dick home run 3-2. We need to get a few outs before the rain comes.
