Just played the full version of wolfenstein 3d for the first time. I am afraid to say it didn’t hold well, because most levels are designed as mazes. Even with a map (that the original game didn’t have) it is still frustrating. Doom is much better.

I find it easier to understand physic equations written with explicit state time derivative on the left: F = ma ---> a = F/m i ħ d/dt|Ψ> = H |Ψ> ---> d/dt|Ψ> = -i/ħ H|Ψ>

I've posted a question about hemispherical harmonics a few days ago and got literally zero feedback, so I'm posting it here in the hopes of maybe getting an answer: math.stackexchange.com/questions/5040…

With AI image generation, I might finally be able to make a retro science fiction adventure game. This was generated with Google AI studio.

I would really like for a glTF extension to add Fresnel based alpha. This is useful when you want to quickly simulate thin transparent shell surfaces. Also used a lot in video games for force field effects, explosions, etc.

Android studio documentation should have a page where they list all the .idea files and tell exactly which ones should be commited or not. Currently this is such a mess.

What's the consensus about putting two spaces after sentences in code comments and git commits. It seems that nobody is doing it anymore.

There should be a new language that is a pure subset of C, but with a fixed file structure, and a standard build command, like in go. Maybe even add a formatting tool and package manager. No cmake craziness.

I think I finally found a good air quality sensor. No wifi connection or smart feature. Large easy to read display. Show the units next to the values.
