Today, I had a couple of coaches to ask me how our sprinter, Maurice “Lae” Gleaton Jr "Lae" Gleaton, was able to run 10.2 in 3 consecutive races this week. It's simple, since he embraces the 400m, and isn't afraid to run it in a meet, he's super confident in his strength and conditioning
