Open access files for GTEx Portal are stored in public Google Cloud Storage buckets. We will be reorganizing these buckets in Sept 2023. You shouldn't be writing scripts to these buckets, but if you are please update to new buckets adult-gtex and egtex.

GTEx V10 open access data is now available for download from GTEx Portal. The GTEx Portal is now displaying V10 data in our gene expression visualizations. We are currently working to complete the integration of the V10 data into the remaining visualizations. #eQTL #rnaseq
