Congratulations to Jordan Moulton from Griffin High School Athletics who won the 4A Boys state championship in the 200 meter dash. Last Saturday he also won the 200 meter dash at the Adidas Atlanta City Games Meet of Champions with a time of 20.62. Way to represent GHS and GSCS!




District AD Bill Stikes, CAA and Griffin High School Athletics AD Travis Smith, Ed.S, CAA presented this workshop at last year’s AD conference!

This morning selected captains from Griffin-Spalding K12 middle and high school fall athletic teams met with the Beyond Self mentors to develop their leadership skills and learn how they can be an influence for positive behavior.


Beyond Self Athletes Assembly: Respect Yourself - Respect Others - Take Responsibility. We had a great assembly this morning for all of our Griffin-Spalding K12 middle and high school student-athletes. Big shout out to Bill Stikes, CAA for coordinating this activity!!



Cowan Road hosted a middle school jamboree today at Memorial Stadium featuring teams from Griffin-Spalding K12 and Fayette County Public Schools. A great day of competition to prepare our teams for the upcoming season!
