Be where your feet are! You are there for a reason, make every second count as you pursue your goals! Always working to get better never allows you to get comfortable!!!

While coaching your team remember “players play”…meaning their knowledge, their energy and effort is THE deciding factor on games won or lost!

Champions aren’t born they are built by overcoming hard things over and over which raises their confidence level…tough doesn’t waver when “hard things” show up in competition!

Telling players “good or needs work” on every challenge confronted allows them to know the standard…not communicating on bad plays allows the player to believe their effort is acceptable! If we, as coaches, don’t say anything the player in his mind thinks he did alright!!!
