Traffic is open on 162 Ave. and Wasco St. after an adult pedestrian was struck at approximately 5:30 p.m. The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk at the time of the collision and is in critical condition. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

Officers are investigating an overnight traffic crash on W Powell Blvd near NW Bryn Mawr Way that left one person dead. Excessive speed was a contributing factor to the crash. Detours on W Powell Blvd around the crash scene will be in place for several hours.
