I was fortunate enough to be involved in a coaching and training session offered by current and former employees of Celtic Football Club. It was a great handful of hours at the Cardonald training ground and helped push this 29 year old into shape!

Glad to attend 2 coaching education sessions up in Aberdeen last night, focusing on transitioning players to 9 & 11 a side football. I used to live in Aberdeen for fours years so it let me visit some old spots that I used to go to when i spent time here.

A topic for football/general life is Poisson Distribution. If something has a low probability, run enough simulations, it’ll occur. A team beating another with much higher finances or a lucky/unlucky event. If it has low chance of occurring & repetition, it’ll become tangible
