Post Pain Doctor update. He says it's time to talk to the surgeon, that surgery will help with the numbness, tingling, and weakness in my legs, but that it doesn't really help with pain, which means injections are a part of life now, as is PT. At least I like PT 🌞🍁🍂

Today is the final day of the UnsubscribePodcast fitness challenge, and my crippled ass is down 12 pounds in 2 months. I've still got a long way to go, but I know I can now, and I'm still moving forward.
