Today at GA we gathered for our 9th Annual Chili Fest. 5 versions were prepared by the architects in a “blind tasting”. And the winner was Gian Colangelo!!

GA received approvals from the Greenwich Architectural Review Committee last week for the addition/renovation at 38 Field Point Road. The former Lutheran Church is being converted to the Chabad of Greenwich. Construction will begin this fall, with completion late next year.

Congratulations to Dave Moore on his 4th anniversary at GA. Dave received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Cornell School of Architecture (ranked #1 in the country). At GA,Dave is a Senior Project Architect that focuses on the firm’s larger single family home projects

GA-designed homes at Farrell Estates in Wellington, FL coming to life. The 27-lot subdivision will have a unique Modern home on each lot.

Framing is almost complete at Wilton Center Lofts. Designed by Granoff Architects and developed by Granoff Real Estate, the building will have 40 luxury rental apartments. Completion will be October.

Congratulations to John Torpy on his 3rd anniversary at GA. John received a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Montana State U and a Masters of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute. John works on both residential and commercial projects, large and small.

GA is happy to announce that Jake Granoff will be joining the firm, effective March 24. Jake will serve a dual role at 330RR. He will be the VP of Development at Granoff Real Estate, where he will be Rich Granoff’s business partner in growing the firm’s portfolio.

GA is finishing up plans for the new Chabad of Greenwich. The project entails the gut-renovation and additions to the former Lutheran Church at 38 Field Point Road. Built in 1957, the Midcentury Modern structure will be transformed into a spectacular House of Worship.

Congratulations to Ken Andersen on his 27th anniversary at Granoff Architects. Ken received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Syracuse U School of Architecture. At GA, Ken is the Residential Studio Head, leading a team of design professionals.

GA recently finished up the restoration of this ski house in Stratton, VT. The Midcentury Modern home was originally designed by Eliot Noyes and completed in 1964. The house was completely gutted and new roofing, siding and windows were installed.
