Today at GA we gathered for our 9th Annual Chili Fest. 5 versions were prepared by the architects in a “blind tasting”. And the winner was Gian Colangelo!!

GA received approvals from the Greenwich Architectural Review Committee last week for the addition/renovation at 38 Field Point Road. The former Lutheran Church is being converted to the Chabad of Greenwich. Construction will begin this fall, with completion late next year.

Framing is almost complete at Wilton Center Lofts. Designed by Granoff Architects and developed by Granoff Real Estate, the building will have 40 luxury rental apartments. Completion will be October.

GA is finishing up plans for the new Chabad of Greenwich. The project entails the gut-renovation and additions to the former Lutheran Church at 38 Field Point Road. Built in 1957, the Midcentury Modern structure will be transformed into a spectacular House of Worship.

GA recently finished up the restoration of this ski house in Stratton, VT. The Midcentury Modern home was originally designed by Eliot Noyes and completed in 1964. The house was completely gutted and new roofing, siding and windows were installed.
