Oh my gosh, I have been on this phone for the past hour doing business stuff and “socializing” and I just looked up and realized how dependent I am on this device to live “normally”. Ugh, I kinda hate that.

I feel the need to fill the gap of silence in conversation with others and especially in a room by myself. Maybe I shouldn’t view silence as a “gap” or a “void” but just as a moment in time to take in.

This week has been the most mind blowing week I have had. God listens and hard work pays off☕️🙌🏼
