It's a surreal thought today is my last "first day of placement" as a student nurse. It's feeling very real but I'm so excited for this placement and the learning and experiences that will come with it. 9 weeks and my degree will be complete 🤯

First shift on my second week of placement and what a day!! Seeing an emergency c section & seeing life enter the world...nothing quite like it 🥺 after a traumatic shift on Saturday this is the perfect 1st shift back after. I love my student nurse journey

Dissertation passed! A grade I'm not overly pleased with but passed all the same! One more deadline, 5 weeks of placement left. Start my job in October. Still lots of positives to not let one grade rain on my parade 🤗

So not only this week I finished my final placement, I had my uniform fitting. Reality hit but I'm excited to start my rotation in October! Nottingham Children’s Hospital and NNU

Last day at uni! 2300 theory hours, 2300 placement hours completed! I've made it, my 3 year nursing degree is completed 🥺🥳💙
