Today, we started practice with a final team lap on our home track for seniors who exited the track through a team tunnel. After practice, the group headed to Conference tomorrow heard from Coach Erica Lynn Douglas about the importance of living life with “little girl joy”. We will.

Thankful to work with such a great group of guys in our Final Season as one school! These guys are not only great coaches but great people! They have set the table for two successful programs in Waukee CSD next Spring!

Waukee wins the Boys Wheelchair and Girls State Track Championships today at Drake Stadium. It’s the 4th straight for Evan Correll and 5th straight for the girls. It was the 8th championship for the girls program, the most in State history. Congrats athletes and coaches!

Staging 727 of our favorite people! One more time graduating together at WHS. Thanks for the memories, it’s been a ride.
