One of my favourite games is going to become a roleplaying game, AWESOME. Now to wait patiently to hear more information while I speculate what CMON will do. 🤔 My Viking for sure will be a Loki worshipper who seeks to play the ultimate trick before going to Valhalla. 😜 🙃 😝

My son has started playing Dice Masters with me. 😳 I was playing soft and he ended up winning twice and has started the smack talk. 🤔 I better build an insane team and destroy him in a game tonight. Of course I’m kidding but I am enjoying playing Dice Masters again.

🤮 that’s the temperature before the wind chill. It was super cold 🥶 and will be cold for the next few days. Still things need to be done so I was out on the road most of the day.

😳 I would hate for my power or anyone else’s to go out in this extreme cold weather. Plus it’s a great reason to turn off the tv and get a board game to the table.

I’m not a BIG fan of doing a top 10 board games list because it’s always changing, at least that’s how it feels to me. With that said I would really like to come up with a top 100 for myself and my shelf. So I’ve chosen a kallax that can fit 100games, now to start working. 🤞

Love it when a package arrives at work. I’m like a BIG kid opening things up and showing it off. I think my coworkers look at me like I’m a kid but I’m way to excited and happy to care about their opinion unless it’s about how awesome the games look.

Yikes, operation clean and reorganize the basement is draining my energy, still having that vision of the finished product makes the work bearable. Can’t wait to finish and take some pictures.

I hate it when I forget my age and start working like I did 20 years ago. Now I’m home and I’m sore everywhere and I can only blame myself for being silly. 🤦‍♂️

To treat myself for working hard I stopped by a local gaming store and picked up these gems. 💎 💎 Now to get the room clean so I can have some friends over for games.

A friend once said the only joke he knew was this; “a man walks into a gas station and sees a bag of corn nuts and asks, are they corn or are they nuts?” It was never funny, but I would always get him to tell it to other people and enjoy seeing their confused looks at this joke.

These upgraded dice in Monopoly Gamer are a MUST, at least I think so.

Progress is being made. Some games went into boxes, some are on the table, but the shelves are rearranged ready for me to start figuring out my TOP 100 which will go onto my kallax. I hope the end result is as good as it looks in my mind. 😬😬😬

Just watched a DiceTower video where Tom explains the troubles with being a board game reviewer. The points were solid, really hit home from when I tried doing a YouTube channel back in the day. As I start planning to get back into reviewing I think his video will really help.

I took a trip into Calgary yesterday and of course stopped at all my friendly board game stores. Here are the new treasures picked up at Sentry Box Calgary.

I was super bummed to see ER Games dropping the board game section of their store. I talked with the owner and I totally get it. How do you compete with a cheap online store? Or win customers over? Or how to you choose which of the 6000 new releases from 2023 to stock? 😞😔😢
