Great feedback from another new North Tyneside #schoolstreet that started yesterday at Stephenson Memorial.

Work is set to begin to create a new 8km active travel route along the coast. It will provide a safe and seamless link from the Fish Quay to St Mary’s Lighthouse and will improve the look and feel of the coast. tinyurl.com/SFSRworkbegins

Considerate parking can save lives 🚗 With most schools across Tyne & Wear reopening next week after the festive break it’s the perfect time to remind people about the importance of parking sensibly near to school buildings 🚘 ⬇️

Please travel actively on the school run if you possibly can. If you can't, please park as far away as possible from the school gates. This is one of several issues caused by traffic at the school gate.
