I might be somewhat bias, but if Toowoomba Region are going to reject a development because proximity to vegetation and the subsequent risk of bushfire shouldn't they then be clearing land around other previously approved developments? e.g. Prince Henry Heights.

Its time for a refresh on the Toowoomba CBD Incentive Scheme. Lets incentivise businesses to relocate to the Toowoomba CBD by paying them rather than developers who don't even consider it in their feasibility - and so it only goes straight on their profit margin.

We have delivered a program of works at the school including the renovation and replacement of the amenities blocks, the upgrade/landscaping of their Mary St frontage and this new prep playground. So great to be involved in a project that gives so much back to the community.

I was privileged to attend the opening of the new St Vincents Hospital Emergency Department last night. There was a great turn out to see the incredible new facilities which St Vincents can now offer the Toowoomba and Darling Downs Community. Great speech by Clive Berghoffer!
