Today we said our last goodbye to the legend that is Mr Supple. He has worked tirelessly at Gordano for 24 years and moving on to pastures new. Thank you for everything you have done for the students and staff during your time. You have no idea how much we will miss you.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Day yesterday everyone has been invited to wear something yellow today. There is an extended tutor time focused on the Young Minds mental health campaign, Aspens will be offering some delicious yellow cakes and OTR will visit during lunch

Last week we celebrated European Day of Languages with our Languages Café & cookery competition. Yr 7 students had fun ordering snacks in French & Spanish from our brilliant A level languages students and some students wowed us in the cookery competition! #europeandayoflanguages

This week some Sixth Form Business students went on a trip to Thatchers Cider Farm. They had an interesting tour and found out a lot about exporting for their international business unit. One of the group even got a freebie - non-alcoholic of course!

A relaxing day in London for Mr Pugh and Mrs Thomas as Year 10 Travel students took charge of the trip. They successfully navigated the tube and we all enjoyed the cable car across the Thames, a spot of shopping at the 02 and lots of fun at Bubble Planet! 📷

We'd like to say a huge thank you to Viper Innovations for their generous donation of the wonderful Christmas tree that now graces our main hall. This beautiful addition perfectly sets the stage for our upcoming Christmas concert later this month.
