T-shirt colour for Hendy Group Eastleigh 10k 2023 is revealed. Next years lightweight technical t-shirts for the Hendy Eastleigh 10k will be a mint green colour. In recent years our bright coloured t-shirts have proved really popular and we hope you like this colour too!

Today I did my best parkrun time since sustaining injury on 5th November. I’ve been seeing Francesca goPhysio since mid-November for treatment and it’s really paying off now. As long as I keep following the advice, there’s no reason I can’t come back stronger.

Attempt no.5 at #Winchester10k today and I managed a PB. Great event, as ever, from The GRAPES and cracking bling too. Wouldn’t have made it without the physio sessions with Francesca goPhysio from November to January and the support of my fellow Hamwic Harriers Running club, Southampton..

The plan was to turn 40 next week then run the 1/2 ABP Southampton Marathon a week later, but injury meant having to withdraw and no running. Thanks to Duncan goPhysio and Jon RunningStronger I’m at least back running on a recovery program. Whoop!
