First 5K back since Nov at Knowsley Harriers AC Halewood 5K - First Lady 18:22. The fastest I’ve been at this start point in the year - the indoor sessions have been paying off nicely. Such a great race, always a pleasure to run there. Representing Vegan Runners UK #5K #running
