Sadly I do agree with the sentiment that tournaments are super boring now, every decent prize pool online cup has the same lineup as the global finals and every small online cup finals is between the best Terran and best Protoss player. No variation and excitement at all 😥

With the uncertainty around next years tournament circuit I've been playing around with hosting my own 2v2 tournament circuit with decent money so it's worth it for the players. Would you be excited for this? Mostly trying to gauge player vs viewer excitement :P

Just like you I've been missing sc2 tournaments so I decided to host my own 2v2 circuit! The goal is to host a few $1k monthly cups where you can earn points to qualify for the grand finale - aiming for a 5k-10k prize pool. First cup will be on January 7th! Link in the comments
