On this day, we remember firefighter & father-of-two Stephen Hunt, who died while tackling a fire in a hairdressers in Manchester's Oldham Street 12 years ago. He collapsed while fighting the fire, reportedly started by a discarded cigarette. Our thoughts are with his loved ones.
