Truth: The bible neither prescribes nor recommends polygamy. It accommodated & regulated it in the OT — just as it did slavery. Jesus is clear: God's plan is as in the beginning. 'Male & Female' (not females). 'The 2 (not 3, 4) become 1 flesh.' Monogamy is Christian, not Western!
