I feel so grateful for the Ask Her team right now. They’ve been doing the work to elevate women in #yyc politics behind the scenes and it’s showing. They deserve all the recognition.

About a year ago, I became aware of Ask Her - and based on the results coming in so far, we are going to have some amazing women involved at the city politics level. You love to see it.

Ask Her led the work to elect more women to city hall. Today we have our first female mayor elect and record female councillors. So incredibly proud of all those phenomenal women involved with ask her past and present but especially Esmahan my forever role model.

Shout out to Ask Her and the incredible team members who work behind the scenes to help support #womeninpolitics and #yyccc. The countless hours, volunteering, supporting, amplifying. And to all the woman candidates who have run, won, lost, and plain made history, we see you.
