History made this weekend in Ottawa as two 💯year old Harry Towlson cleeks were reunited with Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club. Mr. Towlson served as the Hunt Club's golf professional from 1919-1945. Our first #hickorygolf playing event of 2019, a Hickory Tour event at Mystic GC, took place on Thursday May 23rd. Despite the suspect weather we had a great day.

A picture perfect day to play a #hickorygolf #golftournament at the historic Port Hope Golf. Unfortunately we did not have enough representatives from the west to play our annual East-West Challenge but the scramble event was still a success.

Day 3 "Fiddles & Sticks" voyage OneOceanExpeditions . We anchoured for the night and headed ashore in the morning to play @cabotlinks. Currently ranked #3 in Canada and #61 in the world by Top 100 Golf Courses This was my best day and I did it playing hickory clubs in my plus-fours #hickorygolf

Check out this swing! You'd almost think I knew what I was doing until you put modern clubs in my hand. Playing @cabotlinks with #hickorygolf clubs and dressing up in my regalia on Canada's first true links course was an honour and a thrill. Top 100 Golf Courses OneOceanExpeditions #golftravel
