I felt this was gonna happen and hoped I was wrong but…

The Chickasaw Nation has raised its minimum wage for non-tipped positions & now it’s a little more than double Oklahoma and federal minimum wage. The tipped position wage was also raised & it’s more than 3x OK’s. They also adjusted all salaries based on the new minimum.

- it's locally "OKC" - OR if you're from a rural area you might say "the City," - if you're feeling frisky you might say "Oklah" or "Oklah City" BUT "OAK CITY" IS NOT A THING MOST PEOPLE SAY
