A few days up at Boulmer...outside 2 Marsh Tits, this Velvet-type Scoter was most interesting yesterday aft with Mark Eaton. Surf-like, with quite a bit more white around the face and different bill/head profile, though very changeable in pics... Appreciate any thoughts...
