8cm type ii thoraco with dissection first stage TEVAR with subclavian insitu fen and petticoat. Two hours post procedure with ruptured false lumen. Emergent 4vessel fevar. Rescue drain. Discharged POD 10 to rehab. #fenestrated #aorta #fevar #cook #gore #aneurysm #aortaed
