We’ve made it… we reached our £4000 target. So we can crack on a finish off the hub. Such a huge thanks to all those who supported us including the fantastic £1300 contribution from GBC. Looking for to seeing everyone at the hub when it’s finished next year.

Starting this month, public access areas of Barossa nature reserve in Camberley will play host to our Belted Galloway herd. The trust is reminding people to treat these animals with respect and to give them some space when out walking. Find out more bit.ly/387kZbv

I'm hearing calls again for chalk streams to be granted 'special' status. Odd as 9 of them are already designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest some of the highest legal protection in this country. What's that done to protect them? Nothing! x.com/Feargal_Sharke…

🐝 One of our largest solitary wasps, bee wolves prey on honey bee workers. They paralyse them with a sting & carrying them back to their burrow where the wasp's larva will eat them alive when it hatches 🤢 🔍 Find them on sandy areas of heathland from July-September.
