Regarding Capitano, he's the character I had the most hype for so ofc I'm sad he's 99.99% not gonna be playable But I am satisfied with how they handled his arc, very coherent character that had a clear and logical motive, and they concluded his story properly

TGS I've been doing some research after seeing this post. There are presets, up to two. You can't rename them. Apparently they get saved (makes sense since you get two) and supposedly, based on a verified Reddit post if you change artifacts later they get saved on the preset as well.

Simply, Skirk didn't need to double down on the freeze restriction. Escoffier by herself makes the freeze option really competitive, so they didn't need to tie Skirk to Freeze in a way it makes you feel bad if you don't have Escoffier
