Wetlands are nature’s multi tasker. They provide clean water for communities, support agriculture in dry seasons, offer materials for crafts like baskets & store carbon to fight climate change . Protecting wetlands means securing livelihoods, culture & climate.

COP15 is a turning point. No one understands the value of water & wetlands like local communities, they depend on them for food, water & life. As H.E President of Zimbabwe said, ‘This COP15 should be remembered not only for the discussion but for implementation.’
