Boys and girls both took home the W yesterday at the Blue River Valley Schools Early Bird Invitational! Shoutout to Blue River Valley Cross Country and Track & Field for hosting a fantastic meet.

Congratulations to Hudson Rahe who set a new school record of 10:09 at the Flash Dash this morning! Both Hudson and Dom Brown were under the previous school record mark of 10:17 which was set by Dom last year.

Congratulations to Ellie Lacy on becoming the #3 runner is GC girls xc history! She now chases Josie Kinnaman (#2 w/ an 11:03) and Mia Brinkruff (school record w/ an 11:02)

Ellie’s 11:32 makes Ellie the fastest 7th grade girl in school history. The previous record was held by Mia Brinkruff with a time of 11:34

Boys and girls both won the Hancock County championship tonight while Ellie Lacy won the girls race in 11:41 and Hudson Rahe won the boys race in 10:06! So many great performances from these athletes!
